What are you training for?

So, we have at least a men’s and women’s collegiate 4+ entered in the Head of the Charles. You must train over the summer (long-distance, endurance pieces) to achieve the fitness level required to do well at this race. I hope to see some posts of what you’ve been up to over the summer. Try to keep eachother motivated.
